Walk the Medieval Ronda Walk

Cittadella is the only walled city in the whole of Europe to have a medieval, elliptical and completely walkable Cammin de Ronda. The walls can be visited with a panoramic walk at a height of 15 metres, a unique ‘Walking in History’ experience. Famous is the Tower of Malta, built by Ezzelino III the Tyrant in 1251, named by Dante Alighieri in verse 54 of the 9th Canto, 3rd Canticle of the Divine Comedy.
